You can either get a form from the store of preference or you can fill in the form online, however you need to have the physical card number to do this.

With the red Customer Loyalty Card you can get 5% cash back on the meal that you have bought. Simply give the CSR’S (Till Cashier) your card after you have placed an order and the cashier will swipe your card and 5% of your net purchase will be added to your Customer Loyalty Card as a reward for being our loyal customer.

Therefore the next time you purchase something from the Chicken Shop you can use your Customer Loyalty Card to pay a portion of the bill and settle the outstanding amount or you can continue gaining the 5% each time you make a purchase and when you have reached a large sum of money, you can use the Customer Loyalty Card to pay for your entire meal.

CHICKEN STOP LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
1. The Chicken Stop loyalty program allows you to accumulate points, based on purchases you make at Chicken Stop stores.
 
2. Loyalty card is freely available to every customer upon request. It can be obtained in the Chicken Stop stores. It is personal and non-transferable.
 
3. In the event of loss/theft of your loyalty card, please approach Cashiers at any Chicken Stop store to cancel your card and apply for a new one. Upon verification of your details, your earned/accumulated points will be retrieved and transferred to your new card after seven working days.
 
4. Chicken Stop reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions and/or suspend the Chicken Stop Loyalty Program. In the event of such modification and/or suspension, Chicken Stop will notify its cardholders via email or postal mailing, as well as communicate this on our website. Customers will not receive any compensation from Chicken Stop in the event of modification or suspension of the Chicken Stop Loyalty Program.
 
5. Chicken Stop reserves the right to:
(a) permanently disable or suspend the Chicken Stop Loyalty Program and/or Chicken Stop Loyalty Card, in the event of fraud or attempted fraud by the Customer at any Chicken Stop stores and/or by the member’s inappropriate use of the Chicken Stop Loyalty Program, and
 
(b) terminate the Chicken Stop Loyalty Program for any reason whatsoever by informing members via email/mail as well as on our website. In which event, members will be given a period of 30 days to use up his or her loyalty points, and upon the expiry of the said period of 30 days, any balance loyalty points unused will be forfeited and invalidated.
 
(c) In the case of a termination and/or suspension of the Chicken Stop Loyalty Program, Chicken Stop will NOT be liable to member s for unused points.
 
6. Chicken Stop shall not be liable for any system malfunction, system failure or disruption in access to the Chicken Stop Loyalty Program or Chicken Stop loyalty card, or any consequences, direct or indirect, arising from the same.
